To place an order for a harness build you must supply a core as per core specification page to TDC Shop.

Harness core must be sent to TDC Shop along with a completed Form Sheet- physically written on paper/printed (found under harness form sheet page). Adress is available at top of form sheet, payment via Paypal or check (old school guys) is expected when completed.

CE2 Plug and play add-on for above harnesses is +$125 (please be certain you are a CE2 Fuse box!)

For earlier fuse boxes a simple “connection sheet” can/will be supplied for available universal fit . harness lead locations on your chassis wiring

MK4 Plug and play is available for some harness builds, please email for availablity/restaints

Some plug and play harnesses may require a tac adaptor of +125$ pending cluster/engine combo

Tuning is available through TDC Shop LLC using United Motorsport software (We are a UM dealer)

Complete Ce2 chassis harness are discontinued at this time

Fuel Basket Flanges

Available in both aluminum and steel, these weld on flanges are a critical part required when converting an older MK1 or aftermarket fuel tank to accepting the later style MK4 Fuel pump assembly. These rings use the oem spin on lock collar and gasket used in all MK4 era VW chassis cars. Using this product it is now possible to install the proper in tank PWM pump assembly needed for all direct injection swaps. It’s also a great upgrade for track and street guys that want a more serviceable and modern fuel pump assembly. TDC Shop has solution’s for sending unit converters to keep those oem cluster gas gauges working proper as well. Cost of either material ring is $225.00 shipped in USA

CE2 Fuse Box Mount

Designed specifically to bolt in on all late westy era MK1 car, this box can easily be adapted to earlier chassis or custom chassis cars as well. Made of mild steel the fuse box slides in, rotates and locks in place and allows for one row of external “top mounted” relays still. A very handy item when converting your MK1/MK2 or any vehicle to CE2 wiring. Price is $75 + $20 shipping fee in USA.

MK3 Cluster Conversion

Designed for the late westy dash, this fully plug and play harness adaptor and mount kit makes upgrading your tired old MK1 cluster a breeze. Using a unique cluster plug it is possible to unplug your oem cluster and simply plug in the adaptor harness. One flying lead to run to an oem MK3 speedo drive that is simple to install from any MK3 transmission into your oem MK1 transmission this cluster will work as oem. Supplied with mounts and cut stencils for cluster surround this is as simple as it gets. Please note portions of your oem dash skeleton MUST be removed making this a very difficult conversion to ever reverse. MK3 cluster not included. Do to the mk1 wiring restrictions please note that on mk3 cluster both “left & right turn indicators will flash together but externally blinkers work as oem function. Full harness and mount kit is $200.00 + 15$ shipping in USA. Items can be sold individually, inquire via email.

Late Westy Rabbit and Caddy tuck bumper mounts

These mounts are a direct replacement mount for off road use on your MK1 rabbit, pickup, or cabriolet using either the oem steel or aluminum bumpers. the mount recesses the bumper nearly flush to the body (some end cape trimming to meet body contour required to be non-contact fit). The bumper brackets are sold in set of two for either front bumper or rear bumper (note caddy rear bumper fitment not applicable). brackets are shipped raw steel 3/16 thick with required hardware. Installation is simple with removal of bumper and oem brackets and reinstall using new tuck brackets. Price is set at 125$ for front set or 200$ for full car set (front and back rabbit, cabriolet). Shipping in USA is 20$.
